Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during the transit back to our hive.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
